TERMS OF DELIVERY
Our products are usually available. If an item were to be unavailable at the time of your order you would be immediately notified by email. You can have it delivered to the address of your choice: home, work or any other address you have selected in your address book.
CONDITIONS OF PACKING:
All our products are carefully packaged, our team strives to properly pack the products, that the caps are well closed. Depending on the arrival of our suppliers, samples and flyers will be available in packages, it's random.
1- DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time is generally 48h for any order placed before 15h to which you must add the time of the routing of your parcel, that is to say 2 working days in mode colissimo followed against signature on the French territory and 3 days in the rest of Europe. These delivery times are excluding transport problems (strikes, weather problems ..).
Smoothing Brazilian Shop is held in no case responsible for delays caused during transport problems. You can at any time follow your package on www.colissimo.fr by requesting your Colissimo number followed by our Customer Service.
Your order is taken into account only once validated by our sales department upon receipt of your payment. The actual availability of your product is therefore confirmed by email, at the latest 24 hours after validation of your order.
Ultimately: If your product is "in stock" it means that we transmit in the day (for all orders placed and paid before 15h), the shipping order to our warehouse. Orders placed and settled after 15h will be processed the next day. If your product is not available in stock, you are informed by email of the shipping time.
2- PLACE OF DELIVERY
Our carriers deliver everywhere in Metropolitan France and in Europe (CEE). By clicking on "Your Account" and then on "My Address Book", you can easily manage up to 5 different delivery addresses. At your convenience, you can choose according to orders to be delivered to your home, your workplace or a friend (gift or holiday).
3- SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT
To guarantee the delivery, we use exclusively the post office, with colissimo followed against signature. Your parcel is delivered to you to the address of your choice and the parcel will be delivered only to the addressee, against signature. This avoids misplaced parcels, dropped off at a nearby address. As soon as we make a shipment, you will immediately receive an email to inform you. In addition, this carrier has the advantage of knowing perfectly deliver individuals and businesses.
Specifically, if you are absent on the day of delivery, your postman will leave you a notice in your mailbox, which will allow you to withdraw your package at your post office for 15 days, at your convenience. On simple mail from you, we can of course give you your parcel number. However, note that 98% of orders shipped by Colissimo Suivi against signature, we deplore 2% delay in delivery or loss of product. As soon as you tell us, and if the Colissimo survey does reveal a delay in delivery (more than 48h), we will of course refund your shipping costs.
On the other hand, with regard to the loss of a parcel, we are unfortunately not responsible for the facts of La Poste and we will be able to carry out a new expedition only after the establishment by La Poste of the declaration of official loss, that is to say after 21 days. Similarly, in the event of an impromptu strike by postal workers, we are not responsible for late delivery.
4- SHIPPING EXPENSES
Shipping costs are unique, and amount to € 9.50 "colissimo follow against signature". Shipping costs may be offered under promotional conditions, in this case a minimum order amount will be specified on the promotional offer concerned on the home page of the site.
5- MONITORING YOUR ORDER
At each stage of the processing of your order, an e-mail is automatically sent to you for a follow-up in real time. To follow the status of your order online at any time, simply log in to our site and view your order from the list of past orders accessible from your account page. An updated status of your order will appear instantly on the screen! In addition, you can contact our Customer Service for any additional information.
